Our warranties reflect our philosophy regarding quality, materials, and care for details. We provide up to a 20 year warranty on our furniture, showers, shower cabins and shower screens. We provide a 5 year warranty on heated towel rails, baths, mixers and WCs. This gives our customers even greater peace of mind.

Svedbergs product warranties
- Bathroom furnitures – 20 years (*)
- Showers/ Alcove showers/ shower screens – 20 years (*)
- Baths / heated towel rails / washbasins / mixers / wc / mirrors / others – 5 år (**)
(*) – rames, drawers, mountings, hinges, glass, sheet metal and aluminium are covered by a 20-year material warranty. These warranties are valid in case of proven manufacturing faults, provided the product was assembled according to our assembly instructions and the maintenance instructions followed. Faulty parts will be replaced with identical or equivalent products from the current product range. Any installation costs are not covered.

baths, heated towel rails, washbasins, WCs, mixers, accessories, etc. are covered by a 5-year material warranty.
These warranties are valid in case of proven manufacturing faults, provided the product was assembled according to our assembly instructions and the maintenance instructions followed. You can find our care and maintenance instructions here.

Complaints and warranty claims
Gäller ditt ärende en produkt skall du vända dig till den återförsäljare där du köpt din produkt.
Gäller det produkter i en nyinköpt bostad skall du anmäla fel till den du köpt bostaden av såsom hustillverkare, bostadsbolag m fl.
Om vi skickar ut en servicetekniker för att åtgärda ett reklamations- eller garantiärende, och det visar sig att det inte föreligger produkt- eller garantifel, debiteras faktiska kostnader som uppstår.
Kom ihåg att spara kvitton/faktura på inköpta produkter då detta krävs för att vi skall kunna behandla reklamations- och garantiärenden och bifoga gärna bilder för att underlätta handläggningen av ärendet.
