Note: The material warranty covers frames, drawers, fittings, hinges, glass, sheet metal, and aluminium.

Other products: bathtubs, towel warmers, washbasins, countertops, mixers, WCs, mirrors, mirror cabinets, handles, accessories
Warranty Terms
The warranty applies to confirmed manufacturing defects, provided that the product has been installed according to our installation instructions and that the care instructions have been followed. Faulty parts will be replaced with the same or equivalent product from the current range.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage or defects caused by external factors, incorrect use, or improper cleaning.
- Damage such as impact marks, scratches or wear resulting from incorrect installation or similar causes.
- Products exposed to contamination or hard water.
- Bathroom furniture exposed to direct contact with running water from showers or bathtubs.
- The warranty also does not cover costs for third parties or any costs beyond the delivered product.
The warranty also excludes components considered consumables, such as:
- Electrical components (e.g. lighting and transformers)
- Water traps and waste fittings
- Seals, magnetic strips, and sweep seals for showers
- Ceramic seals in mixers
- WC seats, flush and fill mechanisms
Claims and Warranty Cases
If your Svedbergs product shows a fault, please contact the installer or the store where the product was purchased. For products in newly built homes, faults should be reported to the seller, such as the house builder or housing company.
Remember to save receipts or invoices for the purchased products, as these are required in order for us to process claims and warranty cases.
Please note that if we send a service technician to assess a claim or warranty issue and it turns out that the fault is not covered by the product warranty, any actual incurred costs will be charged.
